The term of the lease is 1 year. Subletting, including AirBnB-type short term rental is not allowed. Tenant will obtain and maintain for the duration of the Lease a renter's insurance policy covering the Tenant's personal property in an amount not less than $20,000 and liability insurance coverage in an amount of at least $100,000 and naming Landlord and Manager as additional interests. This is a smoke free property, and there is no smoking on the property, either indoors or outdoors. Cats are welcome with approval. Other small pets will be considered. All pets require approval. There is a $500 additional deposit with pets. Tenant pays for electric, gas, trash, internet/cable/phone. Owner pays for water/sewer, landscaping, and pest control.
