The main house with a pool is in the middle and there are 2 studios on the right side and 2 studios on the left side of the house, each with its own independent entrance. This area is really safe and quiet. We love our nice neighbors, so we are looking for kind and respectful tenants. You can walk for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next to it drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. We also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, while drinking a delicious cafe Cubano! The house has an amazing central location in the middle of Miami, next to vibrant places like Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana, the University of Miami, the Miami International Airport, and the most important Miami hospitals.
