Posting here as I broke the lease early to move into a house and am hoping someone will move in under a new lease (I am not allowed to sub-lease). We LOVED living in this apartment and only left because we were fortunate to have an opportunity to purchase a home. This apartment is on the third (top) floor of the building and overlooks Marshall park (all outdoor pictures in this listing were taken from the balcony). Apartment and patio get really nice morning light (east facing). Complex has a great gym, pool, electric car charging, communal green space and grills, and plenty of parking (there are always open spaces). Complex is super pet friendly. Easy walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants / bars. Marshall park and the green belt are right across the street, short walk, jog, or bike ride to Shelley Lake. Very short drive to Umstead Park, PNC Arena, RDU Airport, downtown. We loved living here. Not sure what price the complex will ask, when we moved in prices were set variably based on demand, but for a two-bedroom were typically between $1,300 - $1,800.
