The room comes with a complimentary outdoor storage shed. The rent includes hot water, trash collection/sewer fees, washer/dryer privilege, and high speed AT&T fiber internet access via direct ethernet connection in the wall (high speed WiFi is also available upon request.) There's a $500 deposit and a $40 credit check for late payments, collections, bankruptcies, evictions, or criminal records. Proof of income will be required. The house is centrally located in a nice, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood minutes away from the Convoy District with many Asian restaurants, eateries, supermarkets, shops, with plenty of street parking, close to schools, shopping, gyms, post office, banks, UCSD, Mesa College, and 805, 52, and 163 freeways. We prefer someone who is quiet, considerate, no parties, smoking, drugs, nor pets. We're looking for someone who needs a quiet place to relax after work, school, someone who is considerate and respectful of others. There are 2 other tenants around but they have their own space and entrance.
