Private entrances directly from outside into the unit is a nice benefit compared to other units in the area as you are not sharing indoor common spaces with neighbors. One of the best features of the place is the natural light. There are several skylights throughout letting enough natural light in during the day that lights are not needed. The loft area easily fits a queen bed and can be used as a guest room, spare room for yoga, an office or a kids play room.
