The apartment is shared with 3 other female tenets. There is also a kitchen and living area. The apartment isn't furnished but there will be various appliances from current roommates such as chairs, stools for the bar, a fridge, microwave, and an oven. The tenet would have to bring a bed and any other furniture they want in their room. It is around $350 a month with utilities and wifi included. The lease runs through May so the tenet wouldn't have to pay for the summer if they do not choose to renew the lease.
