I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a master bedroom in Stanford Court located in Irvine. Rent is $680 for shared room or $1300 for a single bedroom has its own private bathroom and 2 large closets. And we have 2 parking spots available. We're in the perfect location because we are right next to the pool and laundry area. Trader Joes, Peets, Chipotle, etc are located right across the street from the apartment. There is a deposit due in July. But that covers your last month of rent the following year. The lease starts August 3rd.
