Near downtown (~12 mins drive), Rainey Street (~11 mins drive), UT Austin (~10 mins drive and 20 mins by bus), Dell Children's Hospital (5 mins drive), and the Domain (~14 mins drive). The home is around the corner from wonderful restaurants, Mueller, H-E-B grocery store, Starbucks, and much more. Rent includes utilities and Google Fiber Internet, available now. I'm sorry, no pets :) Security Deposit is $500. Non-refundable application fee $29.
