Each room can fit 2 single beds and 1 desk or the beds can be switched out for a full/queen size bed. Responsible students welcome with co-signers/good credit. This is a well-established, quiet neighborhood. The basement is available for use of laundry facilities and limited storage. Students with co-signers welcome. Owner pays $100 toward water bill. Tenants pay for all other utilities.
