The kitchen features a stove, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and a dishwasher, and comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a flatscreen television and comfy chair. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in the amenity package are a starter supply of bath products as well as detergents. This residence has an en-suite washer and dryer. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32" monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n' play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Within a half-mile walking distance, you'll find more than 40 locally owned restaurants offering Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean cuisine. Just down the street is Independence Park, Charlotte's oldest park, which has miles of wide sidewalks, towering trees, a playground, picnic areas, and garden respites. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
