The home is #3 upstairs so you get a good Crossbreeze in the apartment the apartments very quiet like living in a treehouse. There's a full kitchen, living room and bath plenty of parking. We have Garbage Service and water and landscaping along with Snow removal is included in the rent. This home is completely furnished. This is apartment #3 in the building. This is an upstairs unit. This unit is fully furnished and ready to move in. We have laundry service available at a different address if you would like a key for these services. $3 a load quarters only. Washer/dryer Tenants will pay for their propane and their electricity and half of the Wi-Fi fee for renting the apartment. The Wi-Fi is $35. We've never had an electric bill over $30 and the propane because you're upstairs is less expensive because heat rises the heating cost are minimal. This is a no smoking no pet apartment. . There is free parking in the rear. We have laundry available but at a different location just down the street. Keys upon request $3 per load washer n dryer.
