I'm a professor going on a sabbatical from DECEMBER TO AUGUST and need to sublet my gorgeous apartment in the heart of Normal Town. The place is ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR: --15 FEET HIGH CEILINGS --OPEN-SPACE LAYOUT: three huge rooms with French doors leading from one to another. One of the rooms has an office nook. The space is huge 1200 feet, but feels much bigger. --WINDOWS ALL AROUND --ENORMOUS PORCH --HARDWOOD FLOORS --LARGE, FULLY-STACKED KITCHEN WITH A GAS STOVE --WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT --OFF-STREET PARKING --PETS ARE ALLOWED The apartment comes COMPLETELY FURNISHED with everything you might need. I'm leaving for 8 months from December to August and ideally would like to find someone who can take over the apartment for this time. The place is steps away from the Health Science Campus, 5 minutes by foot from all the Normal town restaurants and cafes: Agua Linda, Hi-Lo, Sips, Normal Bar, etc. Bishop park (and its farmer's market) is right across the street. Owner pays for trash, sewer, and water. Tenant pays for electricity and gas
