Everything has been renovated, including all new roofing, plumbing, wiring, foundation, flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, appliances, windows, central air and heat, and more. Unit 101 has high ceilings with original pressed metal ceilings in several rooms, huge double-hung windows (many replaced to match the original style).
