We can provide you with a stress-free living situation! The spacious living space offers a large closet, bathroom and a separate kitchen/kitchenette. A new split unit offers AC and Heating. You will have access to shared cable and high speed internet. The yard is maintained by a lawn service, offers patio seating, grass and fruit trees (shared with the studio tenant). We have a full sized washer and dryer in the garage that is shared. We can provide some garage storage, but would like to discuss storage needs first. We keep our property very well maintained, and because we would like to keep it clean for both you and future tenants. We live locally and are available to help if any issues arise!
