We do not have onsite storage except to have a bicycle and surfboards. Kayaks and other larger items, must be approved before bringing to the site. One vehicle per unit with the option to rent another stall or include in the amenities package. No tampering with alarm or camera systems and must report all issues, disturbances, emergency personnel to the house, including the police and faulty items and/or work orders to assess and repair items in your unit. All tenants are responsible for their private and common areas. The entire property must be kept today 365 days a year. All overgrowth from the neighbor with the heavily treed property must be monitored and reported to property management, he maintains it.
