For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While Ocean City is a walkable town, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for longer distances or trips to nearby attractions. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.
