Behind the entry door, you have access to your own closet, half bathroom and double doors to the bedroom that really open the space up. The room is complimented by brand new blackout roller shades, queen bed, nightstand and a 5-drawer dresser. Renters are also able to supply their own furniture if preferred. Renters have their own private half-bathroom; down the hall there is a full bath with a shower that the landlords do not use. There is a laundry room and a section of the fridge in the garage that renters will be able to use. Street parking is available right in front of the house; the room window allows you to see the vehicle easily at all times. We are young and have fun ourselves but have no intentions of being a party house. There will be no random overnight guests Zero abuse of drugs or alcohol (Just be classy) No smoking indoors Treat the shared and personal spaces with respect and a basic standard of cleanliness, taking care of dishes, trash, personal belongings, etc. Lease will be paid monthly with a 30-day notice when vacating the property. $800 partially refundable deposit with a mandatory $250 cleaning fee, Remainder will be promptly refunded as long as there is no damage or unreasonable wear. We are a young married couple, we love to crack jokes and cool cars. My wife works remotely full time and bakes a lot but we like to keep the kitchen/living area presentable and tidy. There are two very friendly and well behaved dogs as well
