    The Tiny Solar House was built on an 18' trailer and towed across America by it's owner. It would work great for someone looking for a mobile lifestyle or someone looking to stay in one place. Living in a tiny house has allowed me to SAVE MONEY which is one of the biggest draws of downsizing! Additionally, I found myself spending much more time outside, enjoying the beautiful weather, scenery, and nature. The tiny house is powered by 1,680 watts of rooftop solar panels and a 750 amp-hour battery bank. It can be plugged into a standard 110 Volt outlet, or 30/50 Amp RV hookups for additional power. I lived 95% of the time in this house WITHOUT plugging in to the grid (it will even generate power on cloudy days)! Think about how much money you'll SAVE on power bills (in addition to rent)! The house was designed to have a modern, minimalist feel. It includes a sleeping loft upstairs that can fit a queen sized mattress and clothing storage units, bathroom with shower and compost toilet, kitchen with double sink, gas stove, and storage, plus a spacious living room with lots of windows and natural light! FEATURES -Double sink and spray faucet -Gas oven and 4-burner gas stove -Butcher block countertops -Full size electric refrigerator/freezer -Custom Edison style LED lighting in kitchen and upstairs loft -Bathroom has shower, compost toilet, and double shelves -On-demand water heater using small propane tank ($10 bucks to refill for 3 months use) -Living room has closet, couch with storage, 2 collapsible desks, ceiling fan, pull-down projector/privacy screen -Upstairs sleeping loft can fit a Queen mattress -All windows have custom blinds (except the 3 covered by the projector screen) -A magnetic screen was installed on the door, so you can have the main door open without worrying about bugs getting in -The solar panels have a 25-year warranty and 30-year lifespan -The batteries have a 5-10 year lifespan. When they die in 5 years or so you'll be able to install that new Tesla battery! I'll also include lots of extra tools, locks, and RV type equipment at no extra charge!
