The unit comes with a romantic pellet stove, keycode + keyed entry and two parking spaces and is a 5-15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Baseboard heaters can be controlled remotely, perfect for warming up the unit before you return from the slopes. Available as a seasonal rental from Nov. 1 through Apr. 30, with a possible extension through May. Rent is payable in advance on the 1st of every month. $3,799 + utilities + $4,000 security deposit. Shorter terms can be negotiated for a higher monthly rate. Tenant pays $42 for credit check at time of application. $7,799 ($3,799 first month's rent and $4,000 security deposit) due at time of signing. Payments may be made through PaypPal, Venmo, or wire transfer. Tenant must maintain premises in a reasonable manner and report any breakages/issues to owner as soon as possible. Absolutely no subleasing/subletting/renting/Airbnb-ing. Violation of the smoking and/or pet policies will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
