We have a furnished one bedroom, one bathroom with kitchenette and private living room for rent in our home. This is a great alternative for someone who is looking for a short term rental or looking for a situation where they will have their own personal space. Our home was built in 2014 and is very modern and efficient. 640 Square feet. W/S/G, Electric, gas heat, Roku TV, and high speed internet are all included in the monthly rental rate. Bedroom furnished with queen bed, dresser and nightstand. Bathroom: Good Size Tub/shower, quartz counter top and custom cabinet. Tile flooring Den/Living room: Table and chairs , love seat, area rug, coffee table and flat screen TV with Roku hook up Kitchenette: Minibar Sink, quartz counter with microwave, one burner induction stove-top, mini fridge and counter-top oven. You will have your own separate entrance and street parking. There is no laundry in the unit, but two laundromats are within a 7 minute drive. Loopie also will do laundry pickup and dropoff service for you. We are one block away to the bus that will take you to Downtown Seattle and SODO and we are within a ten minute walk to South Seattle Community College. You can even bike to Downtown Seattle if you chose. We are five minutes drive to Alki and the water taxi (that goes to Downtown) as well. There is a common area that we might need access to on occasion. We do not allow parties, and or smoking of any kind. House quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am (as typical with most apt. leases). Willing to do a month to month lease and see how it goes then we can pursue a longer lease if this fits both parties. We are pretty flexible. We are preferably looking for one female roommate.
