    As the owner of this house I am looking for great tenants to replace my current tenants who are moving on as they have purchased a new home. Property should be available approx. 12-1-2020. I don't have a date for viewing yet but will hopefully be sometime in the next few weeks and so will keep you posted on that and so no need to request a tour at this time. Anyone entering the house will have to wear a mask. I am looking for long term tenants who have stable employment and good credit. This is a very nice single story detached house; Has a nice open floor plan with 1200 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. House is on a quiet Cul De Sac street located in the highly desirable California Heights community (cross streets are Foothill and Fullerton) and is very close to some of the best schools and great shopping areas. House has a nice open floor plan with attached 2 car garage & washer/dryer hook-ups. Easy commute to Orange County with the recent Foothill extension to Green River. Monthly rent includes a gardener. You will be responsible for the usual utilities, water, gas & electric. The security deposit is $2450.00. I pay the HOA fee. This house is part of an HOA which is a plus as it benefits the integrity of the whole community and so there are rules that come with that. I do just want to mention one of the main ones which is related to vehicles; RV'S are not allowed; working on cars can only be done inside the garage. Non-operational vehicles cannot be left on the driveway. Any vehicles that need to be parked on street for any reason must be moved before 10pm otherwise they will be towed.
