As the owner of this house I am looking for great tenants to replace my current tenants who are moving on as they have purchased a new home. Property should be available approx. 12-1-2020. You will be responsible for the usual utilities, water, gas & electric. The security deposit is $2450.00. I pay the HOA fee. This house is part of an HOA which is a plus as it benefits the integrity of the whole community and so there are rules that come with that. I do just want to mention one of the main ones which is related to vehicles; RV'S are not allowed; working on cars can only be done inside the garage. Non-operational vehicles cannot be left on the driveway. Any vehicles that need to be parked on street for any reason must be moved before 10pm otherwise they will be towed.
