Available to move in Oct 1st but would prefer the 7th to give me time to deep clean and spruce it up. There will be no in person showings until the last week of September as the current tenant is concerned about covid. I would like a 6 month commitment to a lease but it changes to a TAW each month after that. Located in one of the nicer areas of Woonsocket, this apartment technically has 2 bedrooms but a room without a closet has been used as a 3rd bedroom for years. I would consider building a closet to make it an official 3 bedroom for the next person if desired. One off street parking spot is included with the rent but there is space on the street nearby for 1 or 2 cars to park regularly. Separate Washer & Dryer hook ups for each unit are in the basement. Reasonable storage is provided in the basement. The basement door is locked to the public but not to the other tenants. Tenant pays Gas bill for heat / hot water & Electric. Owner pays for cold water, sewer, large dumpster for trash and all maintenance. Use of half of the garage may be negotiable. Use of half the garden area is negotiable. I'm also willing to pay some one reasonably to take care of some of the outdoor maintenance such as cutting the grass & snow removal. Contact me John, I am the owner & live here on the 3rd floor. Any additional may be allowed only on a case by case basis. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
