This includes buying and restoring distressed properties up and down the block. We take as much time as required to find a tenant that will be a positive force in the neighborhood and who will respect our property, the neighborhood, and the work and time that we've invested. This is a fantastic location - less than a fifteen minute walk to Central Market, the Fulton Theater, galleries, and the fantastic bars/restaurants downtown.
