There is no parking with this studio or option to purchase, only street parking. There is onsite laundry room with the WASH application. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 and up and make 3 times the rent amount in gross income. There is a $40 non refundable application fee to run credit and background check. We hold units for no longer than 2 weeks before move in. Deposit is $1200. Once approved applicant must provide a cashiers check $1200 deposit to hold aparmtent until move in date when you will provide first months rent. I do showings Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm.
