We are needing someone to take over our lease starting for our 1bd and one den (2 bedroom apt) starting June 1st, 2019 to October 27th, 2019 at the Kinsley Forest Luxury Apartments in the KC northland. The den has a door, and can be looked at like a second room. Several pictures of the apartment are attached to this post You can renew the lease after October 27th, and remain in the apartment longer if you are approved to live here. You will need to submit a regular application to the apartment agency. Contact me if you need assistance. Our apartment is the 1C, which is a 1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 bathroom. The bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, and we also have a spacious balcony. The open floor plan throughout the living area and kitchen is spacious, modern, and very upscale. We have also paid the $200 pet deposit for 1 pet already, so you will not need to pay that. If you have a pet, the $25 monthly rent increase added onto the rent is already covered. If you do not have a pet, do not worry about the $25 increase per month. You will also get back our initial deposit of $714 at the end of the lease. This is a brand new apartment complex, and we are the first people to live in this unit. We moved here August of 2018. We have kept it very clean. This unit is a corner unit and you have no neighbors, and is located on the second floor. Close to downtown Kansas City, and only a 10 minute drive. We also live next to the big dog park offered by the apartment, very nice if you have a pet.
