We are looking to lease our vacation home over the winter, from December 2025 - June 1, 2026. The home is fully furnished. Lease length is roughly six months, but negotiable so please contact me if interested. The home sits on 1.4 acres with a nice deck, driveway and a fire pit. It's a quiet location in the woods, along the Secord Lake/Tittabawassee River. Check out the pictures and let me know if you are interested. Renter would be responsible for electrical and propane bills during their stay. Security deposit is $500, which is refundable at the end of the lease if nothing is damaged. This is a short-term rental, roughly six months but I'm willing to negotiate the length a little shorter for the right tenant. The lease cannot be longer than 6 months. The renter will also need to pay a $150 cleaning fee at move out.
