This is a cozy furnished unit that has all you need for a midterm stay including: Washer & dryer, separate bathroom, fridge, kitchenette, utensils, small dining table, and separate heating and air conditioning. There is also a gate that gives an added layer of security. You will have a separate entrance with a smart lock. It's located in the Windsor Hills/ View Park neighborhood that isn't very far from anywhere you're going in LA. My street is quiet, peaceful, and pretty with lots of families that live in the area. There is plentiful parking on the street or you can park on my driveway. This space, although separate with a separate entrance, is attached to my house, so I'm looking for quiet and respectful individuals who are not noisy. I will be checking credit and references for everyone. The owner pays for all the utilities including electricity (the unit does not have gas), water, sewage. This is a midterm lease agreement for a furnished unit (no unfurnished option) available for up to at most 3 months at the beginning. The tenant has an option to extend if it's mutually agreed upon by tenant and owner.
