This is a fully furnished rental, with a no-pet policy due to sever pet allergy of home owners and frequent renters. This includes no service animals unfortunately, due to the severity of the allergy. Renters will be responsible for their own water/sewer, electricity, internet, garbage, and gas consumption bills. These will be sent via email separately each month with bills attached. This is a 6 month lease and month to month after that. We are flexible if renters are relocating due to insurance claim.
