Renter responsible for snow removal and picking up after pets. Property must be kept clean and free of unwanted pests including ants, roaches, mice, flies and bed bugs. Renter will not be allowed to pet sit or house any animals which are not part of the original lease agreement. Washer and Dryer is furnished currently but will not be replaced if breakage occurs.
