Just wrapping up renovation: Top floor with central AC, dishwasher, original (newly refinished) floors, solid wood doors, concrete counters, fully insulated, South facing, secure two-bedroom unit. Renter's only bill is electric. The electric does cover the AC/heat, as well as lights, outlets, etc. All other bills are covered by the landlord (me). Electrical bill ranges from 80-200 depending on weather/use. I own only this building, with my family, and we are reasonable and responsive owners that will always be straightforward with our tenants.
