The property is a two bedroom condominium located in Bella Vita, near Decatur Blvd. and Harmon Ave. This will be a roommate/shared two bedroom condo rental agreement, with the roommate currently in the secondary bedroom. The Condo is furnished in the shared areas, living room, kitchen, but not the master bedroom. The condo will have a Washer and Dryer for use, which will be located on the Balcony. Bella Vita Condominium is a Family Community with a Guard Gated entry, 6 Tennis Courts, 6 Pools, 3 Gyms, 2 Saunas, 2 Jacuzzis, a Children's Park and an Activity Center for rent. It is a 10 minute Uber ride to and from the strip, an EOS & Planet Fitness within walking distance, Bus Routes located near Front Entry and central to all the Amazing foods and Events. The Master Bedroom will be available for rent and is NOT furnished. The room has a full closet and a private restroom, with a stand-in shower. Unfortunately, there is a NO PETS Policy. Monthly Rent is $800. Deposit is $150 (refundable). Move-In is 1st Months (Prorated) and LAST Months Rent and a Background Check will be ran, a $35.00 fee. -Minimum 6 month lease (Required). -NO PETS. -Security Deposit Fee $150 (SDF) -Key Fob (KF) will be provided.
