I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 750 sq ft duplex for rent near downtown Loomis. It is in a quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with a fenced in front and back yard which becomes available October 1st. This will be a month to month lease for $2,000 per month. There is a $2,000 security deposit required at the time of the lease signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month by Zelle. Owner pays sewer/water and maintains the landscaping. Renter pays garbage, gas, electric and must water yards. No Smoking on premises. There are two parking spaces in the front of each unit. All pets must be friendly and need to be discussed and approved by the owner. This is a month to month lease agreement.
