The farm consists of approximately 56 acres of tillable farm ground, 16 acres of Hay Meadow and 88 acres of pastureland including a pond in the pasture. There are mature trees in the pasture and a pecan tree grove. This farm has the possibility to convert pastureland and hay meadow to more tillable ground with a little bit of work. Tillable ground is currently planted to Wheat by Edmonson Farms and farmed on shares. Buyer will receive owners share of wheat crop at harvest in June with the buyer making a reimbursement payment to the seller of owner’s share of fertilizer at closing of the transaction.
