Cozy second floor apartment conveniently located within walking distance to Foxboro Common and just a few miles from Patriot Place and Gillette Stadium. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has hardwood floors throughout and comes equipped with a wood stove. Washer and dryer in basement. Two dedicated onsite parking spots (and parking on street for guests), private deck with stairs that lead to a shared patio and a large yard. Close to Mansfield and Foxboro commuter rail stations as well as 95 and 495. Renter is responsible for electric and heating costs. Heat is forced hot water - furnace runs on oil and the unit currently has 150 gallons in the tank. We pay for water and trash pickup. We have a landscaping company come weekly to maintain the lawn and we plow the driveways. If you choose to use the wood stove we can recommend a couple of places you can order wood from and show where it can be stacked. We will not be ordering or stacking it for you. We expect you to be responsible about running the stove, handling and removing the ashes, etc. We have a wood stove in our own home and are happy to get you started if you have not used one before!
