This house is located just 40 steps away from one of Oahu's best beaches. With 4 bedrooms we accommodate from 8-10 people. The house features a large covered deck from which you can enjoy park and ocean views while relaxing or having your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. Rental contracts for less than 6 months (but more than 1 month) are available but require an additional 17% in local and state taxes. Everything in the house is top quality and new or like new. In the past year alone, we replace the kitchen cabinets, Fridge, Washer, Drier, dishwashers, bedding, all light fixtures, silverware, stemware and pots and pans. $300 a month covers water, electricity, TV and high-speed Internet 3 back bedrooms have queen beds, AC, TV & ceiling fans. 4th bedroom has 2 double beds. Family room has 50-inch smart TV. Our beach is pretty spectacular, one of the nicest on all of Oahu with a mile of sandy beach, multiple locations for boogie boarding, a natural, reef-protected pool for small children to enjoy the water, and lots of fish to observe while snorkeling. Because the beach borders a state park, there are no homes along the water, giving our beach a real tropical island feel. Minimum 6 Month t 1 year max
