ONLY MOTOR HOMES OR FIFTH WHEELS UNITS ARE PERMITTED. TENTS, SLIDE ON CAMPERS, POP-UP CAMPERS, VANS AND OTHER SIMILAR TYPES OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED. 4. VEHICLES MUST MEET THE TERMS OF THE SEASIDE RESORT, INC. ("ASSOCIO PARIONS RULES AND ARE TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE. COPY OF VEHICLE(S) REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, PAZSIS IS LIMITED TO TWO VEHICLES ON YOUR PAVED DRIVEWAY. MOTORCYCLES, MINIBIKES, SCOOTERS OR ATV'S ARE NOT VERSATED. PARKING ON GRASS IS PROHIBITED. ALL STREETS IN SEASIDE RESORT ARE CONSIDERED A FIRE ZONE THEREFORE; STAGET PARKING IS PROMISITED AT ALL TIMES. 5. TRASH PICKUP IS PROVIDED ONLY ONCE PER DAY; MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AT 10:00 AM STARTING AT LOT #1. ONLY BAGGED HOUSEHOLD TRASH AND TREE TRIMMINGS (4 CU. FT. MAX) WILL BE COLLECTED. ALL LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, TREE BRANCHES AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DESIGNATED AREA. UN-BAGGED TRASH AND/OR TRASH LEFT OUT AFTER 12:00 PM WILL RESULT IN A $15.00 FEE CHARGE TO YOUR LOT. 6. RESIDENTS MUST ADVISE THE OFFICE IN ADVANCE OF EXPECTED VISITORS BY CALLING OFFICE. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE PROPERTY IF THEY ARE NOT ON THE VISITORS LOG SHEET. 7. ALL OVERNIGHT VISITORS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE ONSITE MANAGER'S OFFICE OR CHECKED IN AT THE SECURITY GUARD SHACK. 8. ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT $1.00 PER NIGHT IF PAID IN ADVANCE OR $3.00 PER NIGHT IF PAID THE NEXT DAY. 9. QUIET HOURS SHALL BE ENFORCED AS 10:00 P.M. TO 8:00 A.M. SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AND MIDNIGHT TO 8:00 A.M. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENINGS. 10. NO NUISANCE SHALL BE ALLOWED UPON THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY, NOR ANY USE OR PRACTICE WHICH IS THE SOURCE OF ANNOYANCE TO RESIDENTS, OR WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE PEACEFUL POSSESSION AND PROPER USE OF THE PROPERTY BY ITS RESIDENTS. ALL PARTS OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE KEPT IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION AND NO RUBBISH OR GARBAGE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ACCUMULATE, OR ANY FIRE HAZARD ALLOWED TO EXIST. 11. REFRIGERATORS, WASHERS, DRYERS, SMOKERS, OPEN FIRE PITS, AND OTHER ITEMS THAT CREATE EXCESS SMOKE OR OTHER NOXIOUS ODORS OR FUMES ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. TRASH CANS AND RECYCLE CONTAINERS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED OUTSIDE. 12. No CLOTHESLINES OR OUTDOOR STORAGE IS PERMITTED ON ANY LOT. 13. LOT MUST BE KEPT FREE OF LITER AND BE NEAT IN APPEARANCE. 14. NO SOLICITATION WITHIN SEASIDE RESORT SHALL BE ALLOWED. 15. THERE SHALL BE NO UNAUTHORIZED PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, BOATS, OR BOAT TRAILERS, OR ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL TRAILER OR VEHICLE BY OWNERS, RENTERS OR GUESTS ON ANY COMMON PARKING AREAS. 16. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OVER 95 INCHES WIDE AND 20 FEET LONG WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARK OVERNIGHT WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY. ALL MOVING VEHICLES MUST HAVE LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT. 17. ALL TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SPEED RESTRICTIONS MUST BE OBSERVED. SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. 18. NO AUTOMOBILE, BOAT, OR OTHER REPAIR MAY BE DONE UPON COMMON PROPERTY EXCEPT THAT MINOR WORK MAY BE PERFORMED IN THE PARK STORAGE YARD.
