SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AND MIDNIGHT TO 8:00 A.M. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENINGS. 10. NO NUISANCE SHALL BE ALLOWED UPON THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY, NOR ANY USE OR PRACTICE WHICH IS THE SOURCE OF ANNOYANCE TO RESIDENTS, OR WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE PEACEFUL POSSESSION AND PROPER USE OF THE PROPERTY BY ITS RESIDENTS. ALL PARTS OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE KEPT IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION AND NO RUBBISH OR GARBAGE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ACCUMULATE, OR ANY FIRE HAZARD ALLOWED TO EXIST. 11. NO SOLICITATION WITHIN SEASIDE RESORT SHALL BE ALLOWED. 15. THERE SHALL BE NO UNAUTHORIZED PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, BOATS, OR BOAT TRAILERS, OR ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL TRAILER OR VEHICLE BY OWNERS, RENTERS OR GUESTS ON ANY COMMON PARKING AREAS. 16. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OVER 95 INCHES WIDE AND 20 FEET LONG WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARK OVERNIGHT WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY. ALL MOVING VEHICLES MUST HAVE LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT. 17. ALL TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SPEED RESTRICTIONS MUST BE OBSERVED. SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. 18.
