Hello! We are renting out two separate private bedrooms in a lovely 4-bedroom home in the Los Verdes Park community in SLO. Each bedroom rents at $1095/month. One of the bedrooms comes fully furnished with a bed and dresser and desk, and the other one has just a desk. We can remove furniture if preferred. The home has a 2-car garage, ping pong table, and a brick courtyard area. The community has a well-maintained pool, tennis courts, playground, and walking paths. It is a short walk to Trader Joe's and other stores and restaurants. The community is just a block off the 101, making it quick to access all parts of SLO! We are offering $100 off the first month's rent if you start a lease by August 15. We are also open to renting out the entire house at a discounted price per room, so please let us know if you're interested in that option. Tenants are responsible for utilities. Pets are welcome!
