The cottage is 10 minute walk to Eldorado State Park, and surrounded by public land on three sides. The cottage has been completely remolded from bottom to top--brand new kitchen, new mini split for heating/cooling, new washer and dryer, new windows, new floors, etc. It is best suited for a single occupant, because storage is limited. The Y'aul Inn is private and completely separate from our house, though we share the property.
