It took 8 years to build this 10’ x 16’ tiny home. I like to equate it with the “slow-food” movement. The long building time allowed me to fuss with the layout, find vintage materials, and savor the steps. The result is a bit roomier than a womb, but feels almost as secure. I built it for myself and never intended to sell, but circumstances have changed, and hoping I can find someone who'll appreciate it. Please keep in mind, moving the house will be at buyer's expense, so that will need to be factored in. I have a contractor's information I can share who has made a site visit and is willing to move it. Can also suggest other contacts and methods. Because the house is oversize, it will need a state engineer's survey ($800), and a "super load" permit. Pictures speak better than words. There is a short slideshow on YouTube of the house at this link - copy and paste in browser.: https://youtu.be/qBXMrKEEw9s Construction details on request. Let me know if you’d like a tour. Regards, Dan
