We will be showing the property on Sunday, January 15 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Room for rent (including utilities and WiFi) with a detached, full, semi-private bathroom in a large (1,950 sq. ft.) home. The room measures about 11' by 11' and has a good-sized closet, recently refinished hardwood flooring and faux wood blinds. Tenant would have full access to the downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, and the backyard, which has a covered patio with a barbecue, a small garden, and lemon and lime trees. Limited storage space is available in the kitchen, hall closet, and garage. We are a family of five with three relatively calm, well-behaved children ages seven months to four years old. A female student who is interested in occasional babysitting opportunities (probably 1-2 kids at a time) is preferred. We are asking for the first and last month's rent and a $250 deposit. We also ask that you (1) have a minimum credit score of 620; (2) have no bankruptcies, liens, evictions, or judgments against you, and (3) be willing to pay $30 for a background and credit check (or $20 if you can provide a credit report less than one month old).
