It's very quiet and the grounds are very well taken care of. The dog park is really cute. Maintenance staff is always friendly and super easy to get in contact with. I've never had an issue with the office staff either. If you go to apartmentratings.com you'll see they have an excellent rating. I believe it's 91%. I'm currently looking for someone to take over my apartment that my husband and two kids and I currently live in. We just bought a house so naturally we're trying to get out of this apartment. We will be completely moved out by February 15 so the apartment would be available then BUT you can definitely move things in prior to if necessary. The entire month of February would be paid for so you wouldn't have to worry about paying a prorated amount for remainder of the month. Your first months rent would be due March 1, 2016. We also will pay for the application fee ($40) for ONE lease holder of your credit is in decent condition. If you're below a 600 then we will still pay for ONE lease holders application however you'd probably have to pay a security deposit since this is a credit based apartment complex. They do not require pay stubs or anything of that nature but like I said they do run a credit check. Utilities are NOT INCLUDED. There is a very nice pool at the club house as well as fitness center (which was really nice because I could train my clients in it). There's a smaller pool here too. The club house also has a computer room with about 6 computers and printing from it is completely free, you can fax for free as well. Pets are fine but there is a fee for them and I believe they also have breed restrictions.
