The house is full of new linens, comforters, pillows, towels and everything else you would need. Smart TVs throughout the house and you have your own patio with brand new barbecue with new seating and table. Home was just updated even more including stacked stone on the fireplace, brand new toilets, bathroom sinks and fixtures, canned lights throughout, ceiling fans in first and second bedrooms and some added touches. New wonderful Stainless steel GE appliances includes gas oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils and anything you can imagine. New toaster oven, coffee maker and pots are only some of what we have added. You will have a new stackable washer and dryer in the unit and we also have a gas fireplace that will warm you up nicely on those cold nights. Our unit has air conditioning if there are some warm sticky nights in the summer as well as ceiling fans. Extra storage offered in the garage to store skis, snowboards, etc. Our back porch is literally 10 steps to the jacuzzi and we are 50 steps from the clubhouse which has a fitness center, pool, jacuzzi and business center. We are on the bus route to the ski resorts. You will get one assigned underground parking spot and can park other cars outside with a placard that you will received. We are within feet of the elevators to take you to the ground level as we are on the second floor although it is actually the ground floor as the first floor is below ground no no hiking up stairs. We are within 1 mile of tons of parks and trails that include pickle ball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts and so many places for your furry baby to hang out. We are within a quick walk/bike ride to Kimble Junction shopping and restaurants as well as Walmart and Smiths supermarket. This is the perfect place for you to live your perfect and convenient Park City life! You will be the envy of your friends as you get to enjoy the summer weather as well as the activities in the winter including Sunfest. Our backyard is the Olympic Village where the Olympic athletes train and fun stuff to do. We are open to you having a furry baby(s) however we need to discuss it first. Our home is available starting September 11-November 20. We are looking for a tenant for any length of time between September 11 - November 20. Tenant to pay for utilities of a set amount of $150/month. Absolutely no smoking in our home but ok on outside patio. We do accept pets but please discuss this with us ahead of time to ensure we are in agreement. We are looking for a lease of any length for any period between September 11 until November 20. Tenant responsible for utilities of $150 total. Unit will be available for full time occupancy starting September 11, 2025 through November 20, 2025.
