We have a spacious studio for rent for $995 in a Victorian Building located close to the 19th Street BART Station at 551 West Grand Ave that will be available in November. I prefer you call me instead of emailing me. The studio does NOT have it's personal bathroom. The bathrooms and shower rooms are in the hallways and are cleaned daily. The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. The studio has a kitchen area that is separated from the main room. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move is $995 plus $1145 (deposit) = $2140. The application process will cost you $25 cash to do a credit and an eviction search.
