I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent after taxes and is willing to commit to one year. The studio has hardwood floors and a kitchen area. There is a small fridge, stove, 2 closets and a pantry in the kitchen. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking.
