    Back bedroom for rent, shares a wall with the mostly unused guest room. Current tenants are 2 young professional guys. Both working full time and travel many weekends. Whole house is a shared space including a spacious living room, full dining room, medium sized kitchen with ample storage, full home gym, smith machine, cables, treadmill, dumbbells, tv, laundry in the gym as well, large gated backyard with BBQ & sauna. Tenants keep the house clean and have been living in the home for over a year. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, I have a bed, desk, nightstand projector and screen (also photographed) which are currently in the guest room. Tenants split up utilities equally. Ideal lease terms are 1 year but are negotiable for the right tenant. Current tenants would like to be able to meet any serious applicants for a brief roommate interview.
