Perfect for the student or professional. Away from the hustle and bustle of The Ave, but still super convenient to to University of Washington. We have a $35 background check fee, a 150 admin fee to apply. WSG is $75 plus $20 per each additional tenant. so 115 altogether for 3 people. Electricity is paid by tenants directly to SCL.
