The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, but there is a big room that we used to set as the master that has screen patios on it; it's all a matter of preference. It can be partially furnished if requested. It is currently rented through the end of April 2025, but we are taking applications ahead of that. The listing price includes the water bill. Pets are allowed (not aggressive breeds) with an extra fee non-refundable cleaning fee and security deposit. No smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the home, patio either.
