You have your own garage with opener and additional storage, and a private entrance into your 2 bed, 1 bath unit. Unit is approximately 1150 sq feet. All utilities and Spectrum high-speed internet are in the rent. Maytag Neptune washer and dryer in unit. All interior lighting has been updated with LED lights. The floors are new laminate wood flooring and the bedrooms have carpet. Newer vinyl windows and blinds on all windows. Renovated kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a deep farmhouse sink, and under cabinet lights. Everything you need for cooking and baking is stocked to include Corelle dishes, Calphalon pans, Airbake brand baking trays, pyrex, measuring cups, storage containers, etc. Let me know your preferred coffee or tea set up and I can include a water kettle, coffee machine, etc. to suit your preferences. French doors lead out to a private deck with fenced back yard, which includes a Blackstone griddle and a patio set with cushions. The back yard is low maintenance plants and shrubs that I will manage. Inside, the unit is fully furnished with leather furniture, a king size bed in the master and a full-size bed in the spare bedroom. There is one full size bathroom with a tub/shower. Flat screen TV with a Google Chromecast. Amazon echo speaker. Fans can be provided if wanted in summer. Heat comes from baseboard heaters. There are two separate thermostats so you can set a different temp in the bedrooms. In summer the cooling is provided by an evaporate cooler (which is the norm in Grand Junction). All linens, blankets, rugs, and towels are provided. Included is a motorized desk that can be raised or lowered depending upon your preference (monitor and printer not included). The unit is furnished with items and decorations from my decades of living and working overseas, as well as a few Colorado inspired decorations. If there is a particular decoration that you don't like, it is easy for me to switch things out. This unit has been my home and I am renting it with high quality furniture and kitchen items. This is not random, cheap items bought at thrift stores. This unit is half of my duplex that is situated in the Redlands, a highly desired, residential area of Grand Junction. The duplex is surrounded by single family homes on a very quiet street. It is very safe neighborhood. My boyfriend and I live next door so we are available if anything is needed. My boyfriend used to be a commercial contractor so we maintain the property well and we can quickly remedy any situation. We also know the area so we are happy to share favorite recreation spots for hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, brew pubs, wine tasting, concerts, etc. in the area. The Mesa Mall, City Market grocery store, and Target are all about 3.5 miles away. I can allow a well-behaved small or medium sized dog, as long as it does not bark while you are away. No cats since I am allergic and I do live in this unit at times. If I have left out anything, just contact me and ask me your questions. Rented fully furnished and all utilities, including internet are included. Prefer a minimum of 3 month lease to a traveling nurse or other professional. No smoking allowed on the property. A max of two people and one dog are allowed. Additional people or dogs can be considered at a higher monthly rent amount.
