Upstairs: There is a huge, spacious living room and full bath up here + 2 bedrooms (that do not share walls). One bedroom has East and South facing windows with a full size bed. The second bedroom has North and East facing windows and a king size bed. The upstairs living room is an amazing place for yoga, hanging out, dancing, working, studying, etc. Downstairs: has a shared living room, kitchen, and dining room with east facing, hand-built breakfast bar. There is a bedroom suite that a young man in mid-30's, Charles, occupies. He is a respectful, helpful, kind human who is attending massage school and working part-time.
