This condo is in excellent condition. It has not been rented so when you walk into you can definitely feel the sense that it is a very clean cared for condo. The AC window units are new (August 2014). There is a beautiful ocean view from the windows. There is nothing in front of you that will obstruct your view of the beautiful Atlantic. The Ocean Forest section is by far one of the most desirable and beautiful areas of our beaches. The top floor is also very much desired because of the noise factor of having someone above you. There is a wood floor in the kitchen which has been so tastefully done. This condo will be very easy to see.
